What a Placement Includes

Each placement purchased includes the specific deliverables listed on the product page, such as:

• Photo or video placement
• Short or long-form article
• Category placement
• Social media rollout
• Website or homepage feature
• WOW Factor Show segment (recorded or live)

After Purchase

You must submit:

• Photos, videos, or media files
• Bio or description
• Social media links
• Any required attachments

Turnaround Time

• Standard placement: 3–7 business days
• Priority scheduling (Gold or higher): 1–3 business days

Editorial Control

Sanctioned reserves the right to:

• Edit content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and formatting
• Decline content that violates guidelines
• Make layout decisions for best presentation

We do not alter your message or meaning without your approval.

Membership Types

Sanctioned offers monthly and annual memberships designed to provide:

• Monthly features
• Priority scheduling
• Discounts on placements
• WOW Factor access
• Consistent visibility

Billing

• Monthly memberships auto-renew every 30 days.
• Annual memberships auto-renew every 12 months.
• You may cancel anytime, but benefits remain active until the end of your term.

Membership Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable once features or scheduling begins.
• Refunds are not issued for unused months or missed submissions.

By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own the rights to all photos, videos, and media you submit.
• Photos must be high-quality and free of watermarks (unless screenshot placements apply).
• Videos must not contain copyrighted music unless you have clearance.
• No hate speech, defamatory content, or illegal material is allowed.

Sanctioned reserves the right to reject content that does not meet these standards.

Accepted Payments

We accept:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• PayPal
• Other payment processors listed at checkout

All Sales Are Final

Because placements involve editorial labor and scheduling, all sales are final once work begins.

Refunds are only considered if:

• A duplicate order is placed
• A technical issue prevented completion of your placement
• Sanctioned is unable to fulfill the service

Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed placements
• Membership renewals
• Work already started by the editorial team
• Missed deadlines due to late submission from creator

Cancellations

You may cancel:

• A placement only if no editorial work has begun
• A membership at any time—effective at the next billing cycle

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your content.

Our Rights

By submitting content, you grant Sanctioned:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish your content
• Permission to use your images, videos, or likeness for promotional purposes related to your feature

We will never resell your content.

Removal Requests

You may request removal of your feature unless:

• It is tied to an active contract
• It includes shared collaborative content
• It is part of a membership cycle already completed

Creator Delays

If you delay your submission, it may push back your feature date.

Your placement remains valid for 60 days after purchase.

Sanctioned Delays

If Sanctioned experiences an editorial delay:

• You will be notified
• Your placement will be rescheduled ASAP
• Compensation may be provided if delay exceeds 14 days

Sanctioned does not publish:

• Hate speech
• Explicit adult content
• Fraudulent or misleading claims
• Harmful or illegal activities
• Plagiarized content
• Extreme harassment or bullying

All ads, placements, and features must uphold professional standards.

To become a Sanctioned affiliate:

• Must have minimum 10k followers (or strong engagement)
• Must align with Sanctioned brand and energy
• Must follow promotional rules
• Must use assigned tracking links or codes

Commission percentage, payouts, and terms will be provided upon acceptance.

WOW Factor placements may include:

• Recorded interview segments
• Live appearances
• Featured performance clips
• Social rollout
• Reposts on official platforms

All participants must:

• Arrive on time
• Sign media release forms
• Agree to on-camera guidelines

Sanctioned collects only necessary information:

• Name
• Email
• Social handles
• Photos/attachments

We do not sell data.

Your information is used only for processing features and communication.

Participants must treat Sanctioned staff and other featured creators with respect.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who engage in:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Threats or abuse
• Defamation online or offline
